When is The Time to reach You?
Because we’re an active event production company, our schedule flexes weekly. If we miss you, leave a voicemail. Our team receives an email transcription and it will be routed to the right department quickly.
Our team is typically in the warehouse and studio Monday–Friday, 9:30am–4:30pm MST.

Whether you’re a seasoned planner or hosting something for the first time, we’re here to help you move forward with clarity. The best way to begin a design or rental proposal is through our [Design Inquiry Form].
This will allow our team to ensures your first interaction is focused, informed, and productive in our first a dedicated conversation. Calls can last anywhere between a 15-minute clarification call or a full design consultation for a large-scale production.
Not Looking For Full Design Support?
That’s perfectly fine! Many of our clients come to us knowing exactly what they need, whether it is a lounge grouping, a statement bar, a backdrop, or a few impactful pieces. Our pricing is visible throughout our inventory, and we’re happy to support streamlined rental quotes for events that meet our minimums.

A Note about Minimum Investment
To ensure every event receives the attention, production expertise, and on-site team it deserves, we operate with seasonal minimums. These minimums allow us to reserve experienced production leads, delivery teams, and warehouse resources, ensuring your event is executed at the level Bear is known for.

Tours and walkthroughs are available by appointment only so we can dedicate focused time to your team or event and answer questions thoughtfully.
